That is why the MPI Foundation’s work extends beyond physical infrastructure to education and human development.
In Anambra State, MPI has made a sustained commitment to strengthening education within the community we serve. Rather than treating community development as a one-off intervention, MPI has invested in the people and institutions that make quality education possible.
Through this programme, MPI has supported the employment and monthly remuneration of more than 50 teachers, ongoing teacher training and professional development, stronger school capacity and a long-term commitment to teacher salaries and related support.
The school has recorded improvements in learning outcomes and performance, strengthened teacher capacity and received recognition through multiple awards.
We invest in institutions because lasting progress requires institutions that can endure.
