MTN Network Timing Infrastructure Project

M-P Infrastructure Limited (MPI) executed a high-impact project focused on the procurement and deployment of advanced synchronization and timing equipment to drive network modernization and expansion. The initiative encompassed several critical components aimed at strengthening existing infrastructure while laying the groundwork for next-generation technologies. Central to the project was the implementation of 4G-LTE transmission synchronization across both Phase 1 and Phase 2, alongside a comprehensive access network modernization and upgrade program designed to significantly enhance network efficiency, reliability, and performance.To further optimize network operations, MPUI incorporated 4G measurement and optimization processes, ensuring consistent high-speed connectivity.

The project also featured the deployment of a robust network management system with cloud integration, providing improved scalability, operational visibility, and remote management capabilities. In anticipation of future advancements, the project included 5G clock synchronization planning and optimization, ensuring the infrastructure is well-equipped for seamless 5G deployment with precise timing accuracy.All hardware procurement was followed by full installation and commissioning services, ensuring a complete end-to-end solution. To support long-term performance and minimize downtime, MPUI established a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that guarantees 24/7 Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
