MPI wins EU water project

The National Authorising Officer (NAO) for the EDF representing the Federal Republic of Nigeria, under the Ministry of Budget and National Planning (MBNP), with assistance from the European Union has awarded M- P Infrastructure limited the contract  to rehabilitate, upgrade and extend the water supply systems within five towns in the Adamawa state.

The project entails

  • Site investigation, design, construction and commissioning of bulk and reticulation water supply system
  • Rehabilitation of water supply schemes including network repairs
  • Rehabilitation of 13 existing boreholes
  • Development of five new boreholes
  • Refurbishment of civil works of treatment plant
  • Refurbishment of ground and elevated water storage tanks
  • Generator and management buildings repairs
  • Servicing and overhauling of key electro-mechanical facilities of the schemes including electrical power supply and generators
